Wine and Spirits Education Trust
WSET

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) is an awarding body and registered charity devoted to the development and delivery of qualifications and courses in wines and spirits. Established in 1969 for the UK wine trade, WSET has since grown to become the global industry leader.

At Olive & Vine, through our proud partnership with Onshore Cellars, our WSET courses are truly one of a kind—an immersive blend of expert wine education and unforgettable Mallorcan experiences. Learn in a beautiful classroom overlooking vineyards and the Tramontana mountains, enjoy delicious lunches prepared by our private chef, and explore a beautiful local winery with a guided vineyard and cellar tour. Meet the winemaker for a private tasting of Mallorcan wines, then relax with a picnic in the picturesque gardens. This is wine education elevated—unique, experiential, and found only here.

We teach our courses at our beautiful & unique venue, but we can also come to your yacht or villa to deliver the course if you prefer. Get in touch to discuss further.
